I was advised to post this question in the nutrition section so here goes:
I plan on working up to 60 maybe 70iu's NPH with 4iu's generic growth per day on my next bulk. What do you think my diet should look like? I will shoot for 6500 Cals although sometimes I got to back it up to 6000 because 6500 is borderline impossible for me to hold for weeks at a time. Here were my ideas:
Gonna shoot for 150 fat 550 pro 735 carb. I'll probably get about 60-75 fat on the NPH and the rest at night when it wears off.
Please help me guys! Thought I could get some good responses since this is such a high-traffic forum
