I apologise in advance for posting a thread thats already flooding the forums but i just can't find a definitive answer so ill post again with the hope of getting a clearer picture.
I have just finished a bulking Test Enan cycle which went for 14 weeks. I have started taking Genox and its the 5th day so far.
Now when it comes to nutrition for post cycle, people are saying eat more than during cycle... i was eating between 4500-5000calories. I really cant possibly see any benefits eating close to 6000cals without putting on a substantial amount of fat. I thought i may eat a little more than 3800cal with high protein and high enough fats to try and help the hormone levels.
Any ideas or opinions?
