    am I right?

    To the experts.
    I know a female that wants that wants to loose weight.
    STATS
    Age- 40
    Current weight - 186lbs
    Height- 5.5"
    Goal weight- 140

    With this bring said I say her calorie intake should be 1300 consisting of
    140g of protein, 70g carbs, 40g fats.. what are your thoughts?? Thanks my brothers and sisters

    Assuming she exercises 3 times a week, 1300 is will definitely shed pounds. Based on the numbers youve provided, her TDEE is around the 2000 mark. Any idea of her BF%?

    By the looks only id say about 38.. so #'s do look good, right?

    A 700cal deficit will certainly shed body fat. Just ensure she has an exercise routine in place that includes a solid cardio program.

    I'd suggest 1500 cals, get the extra 200 from fats, if she's comfortable with those carbs leave it, if she feels like she hauling ass all the time drop the protein by 20g and add it to carbs.

    The reason I suggest 1500 is because a potential 700 deficit is quite drastic, and could be hard to maintain as well as sacrificing a lot of muscle. See how she goes on 1500 given she's exercising 3x a week atleast.
