only 1,000 cals/day?
..........you don't workout, do you?
I cant' see how any one can perform in the gym for any length of time eating these few calories.
What is your TDEE?
i do workout for an hour a day just to gain muscle and lose weight mostly strength training and i have probably 400-600 in carbs a day today was kinda slow but i dont eat alot usually prob 1500-2000 a day
need more carbs and protein/nuts ?
You had your chance to fix your attitude after the first 3 threads, don't expect much help now.
Ohhh khazima why are you rude Ive never even met you lol? Are you talking about someone else?
1000 calories...
How do you not give in to cravings??
I need 2000 calories to lose body fat effectively and even reaching that calorific intake is very very very difficult.
On a more helpful note, eating at that calorie will give fat loss SHORT TERM and it is not sustainable because the human body will think you are starving yourself so your metabolism (even if its slow now) will slow down EVEN MORE therefore making it harder to lose fat.
If you go back a few threads some very knowledgeable forum members have pointed out you need roughly 200g of protein a day minimum... you are eating 145g which is inadequate. You ask questions, we provide answers and you go ahead and do something else.. now that is either ignorance or taking the piss....
Eat at 2300-2500 calories per day. Not 1000. Also looking at your previous thread you had roughly 475-500 calories purely for breakfast. That leaves at most 500-525 calories for the rest of the 8-14 hours you are awake. Think logically now, how can a human being maintain sanity and perform their daily tasks effectively with that sort of eating.
Health > Fat loss. Think about that.
(There's not such thing as criticism unless its negative. Otherwise you're looking for people to tell you what you want to hear. Just my .02 cents)

And your TDEE is approx 2250. Cutting that in less than half is not a wise move.
