Im 200 pounds 5 foot 8 and am a beginner working out 3 times a week for weight training and the other 3 days is HIIT and cardio.
Since I'm working out only 3 times a week muscle training should I cut my proteins down from 180ish to like 100 on the other 3 days.
Also another question what would be some good macros for a guy wanting to lose weight and gain muscle.
I'm having trouble getting 2k plus calories a day and 200g of protein, whats some good shakes I can combine to get more calories...Like some ebay protein shakes and whey shakes and when to use them.
