    Low carb diet

    I've been on my low carb/no carb diet for around a week and a half and lost a few pounds but Im getting terrible stomach aches and the food I constantly eat makes me sad...

    Any creative Ideas for a no carb diet?
    I get some carbs from other foods but I think its necessary to have some?

    Makes you sad? Could you elaborate a bit because I don't quite get how eating a certain way would make someone upset. Even on a low carb diet there are ways to spice it up. Low carb sauces etc.. peanut butter protein cookies etc

    It's actually very common with people who are clinically depressed, no self esteme, morbidly obese and are naturally high in estrogen and low in Testosterone.

    You may want to look into carb cycling so that you are able to carb up once a week or so. Just might be the break you need.

    @uht it doesn't actually make me sad LOL I mean it makes me feel like crap whenever I need to eat.
