    New reciepes

    What do you guys do when you get bored from all the foods you cook?While on cycle I ate triple the amount of everything.I now hate the foods I cook.Now I got to learn new reciepes?
    Can you recommend somewhere to learn ?Books ,youtube channels etc.

    Also my nutrition is based on performance.I training for powerlifting and my main goal is getting stronger.I normally don't care about my appearance.But sometimes I look at the mirror and think that I can look much better.I normally eat %70-80 clean roughly.But my calories are always above maintenance.Is it possible to get lean in powerlifting without extreme doses of tren?

    Yes it's possible to get lean it's about patience and diet, my main focus is strength and right now I'm dieting back down to 12% so I can comfortable lean bulk back up as I got to fat this time. It will require a short period of sacrifice in strength but you need to think about the bigger picture.

    The diet kitchen, michael kory, the protein chef and Germangains are a few channels I use for recipes, and there's a sub forum just above this with thousands of recipes.

    I get really bored of the same food too so I've been looking for recipes lately, and it's improved my cooking skills quite a lot lol, now I look forward to every meal.

    Then I need to learn new recipes.I don't want to lose strength so I won't be losing any bf.I will eat cleaner and add gpp.But I can't eat below my maintenance.

    I can eat the same shit every day, I don't get sick of it as long as it tastes good.I eat oatmeal every morning, salads with chicken breast almost every day for lunch, only thing that changes normally is dinner, wife and kids wont eat the same thing every day.

    Same here I can eat the same thing everyday, I just think of food as fuel, every once in awhile I'll eat for taste. Went to Ruth's Chris sat night me and wife split 40oz bone in porterhouse with Au gratin potatoes damn it was good!

    The problem is I'm always bulking.Actually thats what bodybuilders call it.Force feeding all the time.Thats why I hate the foods I eat.The portions are too big.Thats my problem.I have a sick blief that if I eat less I would become weak.
