What do you guys do when you get bored from all the foods you cook?While on cycle I ate triple the amount of everything.I now hate the foods I cook.Now I got to learn new reciepes?
Can you recommend somewhere to learn ?Books ,youtube channels etc.
Also my nutrition is based on performance.I training for powerlifting and my main goal is getting stronger.I normally don't care about my appearance.But sometimes I look at the mirror and think that I can look much better.I normally eat %70-80 clean roughly.But my calories are always above maintenance.Is it possible to get lean in powerlifting without extreme doses of tren?
