    bloat issues ??

    hey guys ,

    i dont know why but when i take my pw protein shake and glucose with creatine & glutamine my stomach bloats up big time ..... i got know idea why this happens my diet is clean ...... so please help me out !! thank you !!

    Some people bloat a lot from whey/dairy. Try switching types of protein or having a meal instead of a shake.

    okay cool il try switching to a meal after workout then ! and put the whey somewhere else in my diet !! thank you !

    and 1 more question is the bloat bad ?? as in i know it is but to what extent ??

    Lol.....looks bad. I get it after my PWO, whey and maltodextrin. Maybe ditching the sugar pwo might cut it down, i will have a whey only pwo to see what happens.

    It's only "bad" in how it makes you feel, and to a lesser extent, how you look while bloated.

    As mentioned above, dairy can have that effect on some of us. Whey and other dairy-derived protein powders may not be a great choice for you. Personally, I'd eliminate one 'ingredient' at a time from your shake and see which, if any, makes a difference. Then you know where your issues stems from and can adjust from that point.

    alright thank you for the suggestion .... il try this and lets see whats causing the bloat !! thank you once again
