    Appetite

    What can I do to help settle my stomach and get my appetite back?
    I've been training hard twice a day to the point where I'm throwing up each time and It takes 4-5 hours before i can handle anything but water after I train, so that means I'm doing lots of work but not gaining the mass I could.

    I'm open to trying anything that seems possible.

    You shouldn't be throwing up, training twice a day is a waste of time and likely means you're doing to much accessory work.

    Try adding calories to your daily intake over time to expand the capabilities of your stomach. Other than that, discipline.

    Train on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or make sure you are waiting long enough to train after you eat. As addressed in another one of your threads you so need to stop training twice a day. No doubt you are giving it up but you are not allowing your body to recover......period! This strategy will not put on size and in fact will only hurt u.

    Like Khazima said+ try to focus on calorie dense food. Pasta, oats, peanut butter. You don't need to eat large portions to get lot's of calories in. As long as you hit your daily macros, it doesn't matter how large the meals were.
