    Having a hard time with 3500 cals and...

    Hey guys I am having a hard time with my soduim intake. I am getting right at 3500 cals a day. trying to keep my soduim to 2300mg a day. I am always over.I am around 2500mg of soduim a day.

    Is 2500mg that bad or not really? Any tips on how to lower this any if it a must??

    I am doing a clean bulk. Or as clean as I can get it. I pretty much cook all of my food on Sundays for the week. Chicken fish and 97% beef with aspargus and rice and sweet pototas and brocli. Just a few things I eat. I will eat 2 or 3 tbps of PB for the cals also.

    On a bulk you are going to hold some water.....period! Welcome it as it will help with your training handling higher poundages. You can always cut and worry about that then. Lean bulk.........lol, sounds good on paper but you will put on some fat during a bulk no matter what. To offset this the smarter guys actually prime before a cycle for a period of time (min 4 weeks) this can be looked at as dieting before a cycle so there is not additional fat to lose off cycle. School of thought: if you are going to bulk then bulk, if you are going to cut then cut!
