Hey guys I am having a hard time with my soduim intake. I am getting right at 3500 cals a day. trying to keep my soduim to 2300mg a day. I am always over.I am around 2500mg of soduim a day.
Is 2500mg that bad or not really? Any tips on how to lower this any if it a must??
I am doing a clean bulk. Or as clean as I can get it. I pretty much cook all of my food on Sundays for the week. Chicken fish and 97% beef with aspargus and rice and sweet pototas and brocli. Just a few things I eat. I will eat 2 or 3 tbps of PB for the cals also.
