Thread: Adding Clen to my routine?

    Adding Clen to my routine?

So I would like some opinions and advice on potentially using Clen to aid with weight loss.
I am currently walking around at 6'7, 330lbs. I am down from 375lbs six months ago. I have been lifting 5-6 times per week and and have changed my diet dramatically. I have been contemplating using Clen to help with continued weight loss. I know a pill isnt going to cause a miracle and i will have to continue with disciplined diet and excercise, but can it help enough to be worth it? I have a couple friends that i know that have suggested I use it. I have done quite a bit of reading on it. Just wanted some real world advice from people who have used it themselves. Thanks.

I'm currently using a really potent albuterol which I suspect is just clen, and honestly the 100 calories or so a day it burns isn't worth it. The side effects are pretty strong and inconvenient, although bearable. The albuterol from ar-r is great, but tbh it's not nearly as helpful as you'd think. Better off getting as lean as possible before using these drugs.

Clen sides r difficult. The hand shakes interfere with my work - can't jot notes.

Clen is for final tweaks. Not sure if you are near your goal weight yet?

These are all very accurate accounts of Clen sides. I agree that it should be used as a tweak but tbh due to the sides I would rather use t3 at that point while on a cutting cycle. The more you cam lose (and keep off) the better your results and if at that point you need a boost them it will be more effective at that point.

No, not at all. I just don't care for Clen and have certainly given it a fair shake. For cutting purposes I now prefer t3 while on a cutting cycle. I am not a fan of thyroid meds and a thermogenic together...... Too much for me and I don't find it necessary .

BigRig I was in a similar situation as you and tried a cycle of clen and it really didn't help me any.
