    Diet soda

    Guys,
Is one or two diet sodas really gonna hurt me? Or is it all hype?
I still drink close to a gallon of water a day. Thanx.

High fructose corn syrup hurts you. Diet sodas are worse then regular because of artificial sweeteners. No it is not all hype. Cokes original recipe had coke in it. Even a lot of our water sources can be bad for you. The trick is to try to minimize the harm you incur on a daily basis

this is nonsense broscience. how can something with literally no calories be worse than something with calories. both use artificial sweeteners so your innards are going to receive toxins regardless, but better to receive toxins and no calories

toxins are pretty much unavoidable in todays society. a lot of them can give u cancer. HFCS is also a very bad chemical.

Totally agree with kozmo. You can always eat "healthier". If you want to life free of toxins and industrialized nutrition, then the only way is to grow it by yourself and that's not going to happen I guess. So the only real thing you can do, is to decrease the amount of chemicals you put into your body. If you want to drink artificial sweetened drinks, go for it as long as you know what you might cause with it.

For some people (on a keto diet) aspartame and citric acid could affect ketosis to occur , while for the majority it doesn't have a bad impact on the diet.

    Diet wise: mostly no problem
Health wise:maaaaah not the best thing to drink.
so keep ur consumption reasonable and moderate..
