    i need advice

    my age 18
    Weight 80
    Length of 189
    I want to be a bodybuilder, i follow a hard diet and hard exercise and Cardio
    6 meals protein just like egg whites, fish, chicken breast, cheese-free of creamy and fibers and supplements
    Do I need more carbs or calories or very nice diet
    iam only start this from week ineed advice

    do you know how many calories you're currently eating? and what macros (protein/carbs/fats) you're eating?

    How many days a week do you workout, what does your routine look like?

    protein 230 \ carbs 20 \ fats 30 \ calories 1270

    work out five days
    Cardio half an hour before work out
    Belly day after day
    push up in two days rest
    but i think i need calories becuase i loss more in cardio and exercise
    and i have anthor question any meal in night only protein or wrong

    you are not eating enough. post up your current training schedule. seems to be too a lot of training with no food/cals. go read the TDEE stickie to find out where your maintenance cals should be. start there and we can guide you, welcome aboard!

    Wow that's way too little calories and way too little fats, how long have you been eating that little for?

    Take 30g from protein and add 20g fats, then in 3-4 days add another 10g fats. Then every 3 days after that add 20g carbs.

    So immediate macros should look like;

    Protein 200 / Carbs 20 / Fats 50

    Then in 3 days;

    Protein 200 / Carbs 20 / Fats 60

    Then in 3 more days;

    Protein 200 / Carbs 40 Fats 60

    Then in 3 more days;

    Protein 200 / Carbs 60 / Fats 60

    Then continue to add 20g carbs until you get to a point where you gain a small amount of weight.

    This should help reverse any metabolic damage you may have done and allow you to eat more and lose weight.

    Eating at night is fine.

    Are you lifting weights?
