    Nutrition plans?

    What kind of diet plans do y'all have for bulking? I'm interested to hear some inputs on what works for y'all. I'm 21, 5'7 170 I'm guessing about 15-20% but have not measured.

    count your calories and track your macros, find your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) using a TDEE calculator on google, then eat that many calories for 2-3 weeks to see if it's your actual maintenance. After that, eat 250-500 calories above it depending on how long you've been training (250 if more than a year, 500 if less IMO).

    A good macro ratio for you would be 170-200 protein/70-80 fat and fill the rest of your calories with carbs.

    Thanks khazima! Been looking at some plans online trying to figure out the correct way to adjust it for me. I'll try that out tomorrow after work and gym. Thanks again man!
