    Protien, Carbs, Cals and ...

    How do you all eat enough carb and cals and protien and keep the soduim down. I always go over 2300mg of soduim I am eating 3400-3500cals and around 300 grams of protien. The thing is soduim I should only be getting 2300mg.

    I feel like I have a pretty clean diet also.

    You cook the food yourself.

    I don't go over 1,000mg on my normal days but on a refeed I do get takeouts and as such the sodium intake will be higher.

    That's not right in my experience. I do cook it myself. Every piece. Still go over most days. I have been under but Ibam no where close on protein carbs and cals.

    There is a bit of a difference between eating clean and eating super bland. Personally i try for a happy medium and try to make the food taste decent without adding anymore extras to it then I have to for example: egg beater omelette ... I add some salsa to it to make it less bland despite the little added sodium as well as fat free cheese. Unless your cutting and in the final weeks I wouldn't sweet it to much..... Just fine tune as you go.

    Unless you have hypertension or plan on getting up on stage in a few weeks going over 2300mg of sodium is no big deal.
