Hello friends,
I am 21yo, 5'10 and weigh 198 pounds at 20% body fat
I need to lose 8-10% body fat in shortest time possible (8-12 weeks)
What type of diet should I follow keto diet or Carb Cycling
actually I am a vegetarian and I am searching for foods with low carb but got no much success.
please advice me on both and tell me some veg foods with low carbs
and please tell about workout too (5 days a week weight training with 4 Days Cardio enough?)
