Is Losing Fat and Gaining Muscle at Same Time Possible?

    Hello guys?
Is there any way I can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time?
many guys here advice me to save muscle loss when losing fat

I am thinking is there a way I can lose fat and gain muscle on same time?
I dont worry if I need to use AAS

    I have DBol , Testosterone Enanthate , Anavar , Clenbuterol , T3, Arimidex , Nolvadex in Hand
I can start whenever its needed.

If its possible please tell me the way... I mean just the names of the protocols I will research them by myself no problem

    thankyou

I used to think it was impossible but i believe with the right diet you can gain muscle, strength slowly while losing fat without AAS. Keep your cardio intense, no steady state cardio.

It is one of the most difficult things to accomplish. Is it possible- yes to varying degrees. Most often those newest to this lifestyle have the ability to achieve it as they are often the most out of condition so it is easier to do. Over time I have found a recomp as it is know usually robs you of progress in obe area or the other. You either dont add as much muscle as you could or dont lose as much fat as you could if you have gone with a straight bulk followed by a cut, but yes it is possible.

Do AAS help in transformation of the body?
I mean If I include Test and Dbol Cycle with my carb cycling or Keto dieting
will it help me look better fast?

I guess you started 2 threads about the same subject .. Anyways I ll repeat my answer , hoping it will help

    Yes and no..
To cut you must be in caloric deficit ..
To gain you must be in a caloric surplus..
As u see achieving both goals is impossible ..

That being said , for an experienced athlete who knows a lot about nutrition , it can be done .. But I tell you it's not easy at all..

Lyle McDonald explained well in his UD2 if I remember the exact name , but it's really so tough.. And to sumerize it to u , it looks like a carb cycling diet .. So u have to deplete your glycogen at the first days , then replenish it

Of course you have to modify you work out between low carbs day and high carbs days to accomplish the target ..

I tried this approach and I tell you , I screwed up big time , it was too difficult to handle ..

Now I prefer cutting , or bulking .. Not both..

Yes but it's slow and as mentioned robbing you from progress in both areas. Judging by your other threads (and this one) you aren't ready for AAS and need to do a lot more research and gain some more experience first.

Finish your cut then bulk, be patient.

generally, the term is called a "recomposition"

this typically occurs when you are eating at TDEE, not gaining weight, yet increasing LBM and dropping BF%. The results from this effort are much slower than if you were to bulk then cut during the same period. This is a general statement, and may not apply to all. But it certainly is true of me and what I've observed in others.

When you chase two rabbits at the same time it's very hard to catch either. I would suggest cut first than bulk......

To a semi average gym goer - not gonna happen

To someone who's been at this near forever - well, it's a tad dif < there are just too many additives & variables to mention

Do you go to a gym at this time? What is your diet like? How old are you?

    Thanks
