    What's your go to fast snack?

    I love this peanut butter, Nutella , pepita, blueberry raspberry banana wrap

    That's pretty strange lol but sounds pretty damn good. Usually packaged greek yoghurt or normal yoghurt/greek mixed with protein powder.. simples.

    Amazingly enough, I think the Greek Yogurt is better for you(not to mention tastes better)

    The sodium in cottage cheese is pretty gnarly. I use to buy tubs of cottage cheese from Sam's Club until the discovery of Greek Yogurt

    I lived all over TO back in the day, went to school up there and live at Dufferin and Dundas, then out east in Scarborough.

    I agree. Spent a lot of my life in a small town and that pace is nicer. All the money for work is in TO tho unfortunately !

    We're talking about relatively 'healthy' snacks?? For me, it'd have to be my protein pudding. I could eat it all day, every day.

    I freeze a chocolate or vanilla premium protein shake and scoop it out for an hour. Almost like ice cream and very easy.

    smoothy:

    1banana
    hand full frozen berries
    75g protein powder
    25-30g oatmeal
    2-3 tbs almond butter and/or 2-3oz of olive or coconut oil
    3-6 tbs of yogurt
    *fill with water or milk and blend. add chocolate syrup and peanut butter to have more of a reeses taste to it : )


    quick snack?....

    CHIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    greek yogurt with berries / peanut butter / food should taste good blue chips with salsa, hummus, guac / protein cheerios with a scoop of flavorless whey

    recently been buying quest bars - seems like they have good macros, low ingredient count... thoughts???
