    please some one i need advice

    I'm 23, 5.9ft and 147 pounds I wanna get Into shape and put on weight but wanna try get ripped to. I jus got a course of trenbolin and sustanon 250 but people said I should stay away until I look in to nutrition. Please people any ideas or advice for my diet I've got a fast metabolism iswel

    Hold off on the steroids for now.

    For diet you need to figure out your TDEE and eat approximately 10-20% more calories than that to gain weight. Get enough protein to meet your minimum needs, roughly 1g/lb body weight, and enough dietary fat, roughly .3-.4g/lb body weight. The remaining calories can be carbs, more protein, more fats, or any combo of those. Your food choices should be mainly whole and minimally processed foods so as to get a wide array of micronutrients. The rest of your diet can be fun or 'dirty' foods as some like to call them to help you get more calories in if appetite is an issue for you.

    You're 23 5'9 and you're only 147!! Dude do you know what food is?? Steroids will do absolutely NOTHING for you. You need to eat food, thats all you need. For your age and height 147 is horrible. No offence.

    What's TDEE? I don't want to be boring people with questions. Would tren be harder on the head than test400? I just bought a tub of 100% whey protein is it a waste should I of got weight gain?

    Thanks for that advice I'm gona look into it. I have to get my body fat for the calculator before I use it. Il jus take it from there

    Whey protein is fine if you need extra protein in your diet. Mix it up with some milk, oats, PB, fruit, granola, etc to make your own weight gainer.

    No need to flame him he'd already come to his senses in his other thread. 150 may not be as small as you think, some people are filled out at 5'8-5'9, 150-160 and size for his age is irrelevant, training time is what has relevance there.

    OP start tracking your macros (the ones docd gave you the calculations for). Your TDEE is your total daily energy expenditure and you can find an estimate for it using a 'TDEE calculator' on Google. Doing this will help you ensure you're eating enough to gain weight.

    Cheers man! I'm not underweight like for my height I'm perfectly healthy, sum people carry on here like I'm starved lol, I've got a fast metabolism not anorexia and I'm not underweight would I not be a good candidate for sum steroids maybe not tren but I'm sure there's others, or are steroids only for obese people?, I took steroids before and enjoyed the strength gains and how I looked, some people make you feel bad about taking them, what's there reason for taking them apart from what??? Looking better, the strength gains. They carry on like therr doctor prescribed them there steroids, sorry to the haters theres no obesity in my family were all healthy people weight wise, and thanks every one for the positive advice, appreciate it

    You should still get bigger and aquire a more solid base, you're a little young and for your height the recommended weight is around 175 before starting.

    Just give it time and do lots of research, stick around on the forum and learn from the older more experienced members.

    Appreciate that info man, all my family as in older brothers my father or even my grandfather they only really fill out when there in there late 20's, one other question, if I do take steroids would it b harder on my system cause I'm smaller?

    If you're smaller and haven't been training for at least a few years you're likely to hurt yourself since test and some other steroids decrease collagen synthesis making your joints and ligaments/tendons weaker, this while you get stronger can cause you to injure you self (not uncommon).

    I honestly appreciate ur info, atleast I know the risks if I did want to take a cycle, rather than people sayin ur just not ready and go train for a few year lol, I'm gonna hold off on the juice for a while anyway work on my diet and try get that right and take some supplements and see how things go from there, after all I'm not fare off 25 and that's ment to be the age when it's I won't say alri but not as bad to take them, theres tablets that stop sides such as Clomid and them is there anything that prevents the decrease in collagen?     Clomid is for PCT (post cycle therapy ) to be paired with tamoxifen (aka nolvadex ) to help kick your natural test production back into gear.

    There are other steroids that help with collagen synthesis but it would be reckless and dangerous to add them into a first cycle. You'll be much happier with your results if you wait until you know your body well and what it responds best to.

    Keep working out hard and focus on food and training,rest ect. Growing muscles takes patients and discipline. I was 6'4" 175 when I was 16 I trained hard for 3 years before ass.i should of waited longer.

    Why do you think you should of waited longer? What age were u when u done your first cycle?

    i was 18,but i new nothing of aas,just went to mexico and bought 15 cc's of suston 250 and started pinning.I went up to 190 then a year later i did 2 bottles of test c and 100 5mg dbol went up to 225.then i stayed at 220.but i was young and feel like i should of went natural until i was at least 25.i could of got even more bigger.remember i am 6'4" so i trained for 2 years...
