So much better, gives the shakes a real food like texture & taste too.

Way better compared to trying to stuff down cooked oatmeal.

Same exact shit as how I cooked it too. Cup of oats & a cup of milk(ice instead of water).

Don't fear the fat, it has been getting undo negative attention for years, mostly due to the new poison fat in processed junk food. You just need to be aware of the calories since it is so dense. I will take healthy real fats over carbs all day, just need to figure out how to balance them in your caloric needs.

Do you mean trans fats (real fats) and saturated fats (bad fats)? I'm not well versed on nutrition facts, but I'm learning.

I hear ya Kesi, the end of my cycle is fast approaching and I'm not ready for it to end. I'm enjoying the strength and gains too much.

From what I've read, women don't need to pct. But GGR may be of better assistance with that.

I've also read a var cycle can go for 8-10 weeks.
Why did you decide on 7 weeks?

No, trans fats are poison, you want to avoid them at all costs. Healthy fats are from real food, saturated fat is not a bad fat, but it is not good to over do it with this one because it does cause issues at high amounts.

Are you aware that fast food companies use synthetic oil now? If you eat McDonalds you are eating food fried in synthetic oils.....

Actual feeling of satisfaction from a meal comes from the fat in the meal...hence...the reason for synthetic oil..it is a designer drug that is just passed as legal.

Ever eat a lot and your body is not hungry but you still want to eat? The feeling of satisfaction and hunger suppression after meals come from the interaction of fats within the digestive system.

No pct requires. Nothing wrong with taking NAC.

Because I've made great gains so far, and want to run another cycle for summer... so I just wanna give my body a break and start fresh with my next cycle for another solid 7 weeks. =)

PS. Sorry for asking questions on your thread, I was informed that it's rude -- NEWBIE here oopsies! =P

Yes, theres around 150 cal in 22 almonds, and 1 tbsp of olive oil has around 125, if youre trying to get in a boost here and there its good. You cant really taste the oil in the shake, plus 22 almonds isnt much
