    Should I bulk or cut?

I had been bulking for around 2 months now, I gained around 4kg
I got a teen competition coming up around march and I need to work on my chest which is REALLY lacking, I have clen ready for my cutting cycle.
I want to know that If I should continue bulking and work on my chest or start to cut now?
And I would also like to know how long do I need to cut to around 8-9% BF do I need to start cutting around feb?
    And I am 18 btw

I like to start my cut 13 weeks out. Gives you plenty of time to make adjustments

Concentrate on doing flys on your chest day. Like I said the leaner you get the bigger you will look on stage

That's 8 weeks away. You need to start cutting before today so you don't have to cut too fast and risk too much muscle loss.

As Bio says, as you lose that fat you will look more impressive.

    What is your diet plan?

Sad to say I don't really have a plan I have much to learn, basically someone told me to join the competition cause its aged 14-18.
I think my maintenance is 2.7k to 2.8k
I had been taking 3.3k cals for my bulk.
I thought I only need like 6 weeks to cut so I did not bother coming up with a diet plan yet.
What should be my diet plan when I am on Clen when cutting taking 40 mcg and tapering it up to 60 or 80 for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off?

Lol, I think you got lost this is the diet section

April 7th not March is much better so 12 weeks is a much healthier way of doing it. Hold off on the clen , 12 weeks for you to drop around 12lbs of fat is doable without.

How much cardio have you been doing?

If your lazy then do not bother competing. I know that sounds harsh but the guys placing in those comps are not lazy. You need to cut

What do you recommend my diet should be when cutting?
And I agree with what you said, I am trying to fix it right now.
I will start doing 40 mins 5 days on the tread mill now, I am wondering if its low intensity or high?

IMO don't waste your gains by cutting down to a ridiculously low bf%, which at your (our) age can also be detrimental to growth particularly of the organs and testicles. Keep making gains for a while and think about competing when you have a bigger base and realize the full consequences of getting into contest shape.

he is getting ready for a show. You don't bulk before a show you have to cut weight not to 3-4 % but he will need to cut to 7-8 % to do physic

you need to figure out what it takes to maintain before anyone can answer that question. Clen will only work once everything else is in place

So what should i start with?
It must be 2700-2800 cals because I stayed on a diet someone written for me 8 months ago
Which consisted of 688g Carbs, 306Fats, 688grams protein.

    Meal 1 - 552 cals
    Meal 2 - 535 cals
    Meal 3 - 516 Cals
    Meal 4 - 570 Cals
    Meal 5 - 577 Cals

I basically added in protein shakes and a few more snacks here and there when I bulk because my weigh stop gaining for about 4 months with that diet

Some guys here would ask you to figure your tdee. I don't do that. Once you figure what it takes to make your body run and maintain then it's just math. I would reduce your daily caloric intake by 500 calories Ed. See were your at in a couple weeks. As long as you are loosing 1-2 lbs EW you are moving in the right direction. Make sure you are eating greens several times Ed and don't count those calories either. Use them to give you the feeling of being full. They are negative calories and will help you loose weight as well
