Changed it up today, woke up and started meals. Trained later in the day and skipped the second Pro/Carb meal. Went to Sushi tonight, **** it..it was great. Water w/ lemon and Sushi = no can defense
Trained Biceps/Triceps/30m Cardio

Travel schedule coming up in a week so now the hard part begins, shocked my schedule has been so lax for these 9 weeks but now comes the hard part, multiple travel weeks coming up. The hotel I will be in has a full gym, yep..I checked. : )
