how far out from 10%bf or visible abs do you think I am

Hey i wanted to get some insight on how far out lbs wise I may be from 10% bodyfat. or visible abs. I am 5 foot 10 and currently weigh 173. Im trying to get lean before my next test cycle to avoid unnecessary fat gain. Im currently following lyle mcdonalds fat loss 2.0 diet which is pretty much a hardcore carb and calorie cycle. Ive been dropping about 2 pounds or so a week. This pic is taken after 3 extremely low carb days so muscles are def flat. any insight would be greatly appreciated. Whenever I get down to this size I just cant seem to get rid of the lower belly fat.

k i was thinking even higher. this pic i am tensing muscles a bit. So does that pretty much mean around 8-10lbs away from 10%ish if im currently around 15%. Should I be working the lower, side abs , and lower back alot more at this point to help them pop through or just continue to drop bf?

your diet is going to dictate a lot. I haven't worked my abs in years. It's all from nutrition and just keeping my core tight when lifting

    13% or right about

You need mass before you can cut - well, you can - but, I doubt you'll like the results

You're right about where I started Bf & weight wise. But, still look a little than I did back in the day.

15-16% IMO, not far from abs but pretty far from 10%. Just keep going until you're happy with where you're are.

14-15 imo, fine tune diet and if youre not concerned about muscle as much as that beach body then throw i tabata and interval sprints, that should shred you up good.. Personally i like my chub lol. I dont compete but i feel my best around 15-16
