Started loading up on carbs for breakfast, and i mean big breakfast. Eat a can of tuna or protein shake right after my workout. These are the only things I changed besides maybe drinking a bit less soda. I'm naturally thin so I have issues packing on the weight, but I've been lifting for yrs. I noticed some shirts and jeans a little looser and people at the gym also noticed it. Jumped on the same scale I use but I have not lost a single pound. Zero change on my workouts, zero cardio, same strength.
