2 week fast for upcoming cycle??

Currently 5.5 weeks out of my cycle. Thinking about fasting all day with only one meal a day.that meal would be about 1 hour aftermy post workout protein and glutamine shake and will contain between 600-800 calories. repeat for 2 week duration then slowly introduce more of my diet as I get closer to my start date. My motive for this is to quickly cut that extra body fat around my waist. What are your thoughts???this is just an idea and would like to

Probably not a good idea, you'll quickly adapt to such low calories and gain weight like crazy when you go back to eating like you were. Just start by taking 500 calories out of your diet and adding some cardio, that should put you in a nice deficit and allow you to lose 1-2lb per week.

I'd suggest letting the cut go for a little longer and starting the cycle a few weeks later when you're low enough BF% without doing a crash diet.

Yea I was thinking that as well seeing that my metabolism will be shot. I think I will do what you said just lower my caloric intake by 500 because right now I'm doing priming for the cycle so I hope by then this stubborn fat will be gone. Thanks a lot

You would probably get more out of a proper prime but unfortunately 2 weeks is a bit of a stretch to do it right....4 weeks is about the shortest amount of time to prime.
