well this clean bulking is not working
2 weeks ago started eating clean foods but to bulk by nearly eating 3500 cals a day which is all good but...... I've lost 3kg now prior to that I was probably hitting 2500cals bit wasn't clean food but was steady at my weight...I just can't figure it out at all

73kg
Food- carbs, brown rice, oats, pasta, sweet potato
Protein- whey, eggs,chicken,tuna
Fats,olive oil I need to get some flaxeed

Your diet seems fine. hmm What was your body fat before you started this? The loss of weight could be to fat loss but it seems unlikely at your weight.you would have to be extremely short and had 15%+ BF
What's most likely happening is that you're eating the right stuff just not enough of it. If you're not eating a full meal every two hours then that's probably why there was weight loss.
Also, a lot of guys get caught up with diet and forget the importance of training. You could be having problems with your training and it can attribute to the results you get.

Meal 1- protein shake skimmed milk and oats
Meal 2,3and 4 the same as at work- rice peas and chicken
Meal 4-sweet potato,tuna salad
Meal 5-whey with oats and skimmed milk
Meal 6- 2 eggs with yolks and 4 egg whites
And two bananas

If ime honest I am losing body fat the outline of my abs are starting to show

That's probably what's happening bro. You're losing fat. The diet isn't gonna work a miracle in a few months. It's gonna take 6 months to a year to see a reasonable size gain (assuming you're natty). Keep at it, the diet seems good. Train hard and drink lots of water and you should be successful in time.

Oh and extremely short hmmm ime 5ft 8 nine months ago I was 93kg but was fat ime probably 16%
