16% to 6% in 8 weeks - possible?
Is it possible to get from 16% bodyfat to 6% in 8 weeks.
I've been dieting for 4 weeks now and have gotten to ~11%. I have 4 weeks left could I get to 6%?

Possibly, not healthily by any means.
What's your BF%? Have you figured out how much you need to lose to get to 6%?

I'd say I'm at about 11% now. I have good quad separation, a bit of bicep separation, veins are starting to appear higher on abs. But I still have a lot of fat in some places, like lower back.
I think I should lose ~4kg (8lbs), it's less than what I've lost in the last 4 weeks but it included a lot of water weight, these 4kg need to be just fat.
I am running test at the moment, and clen for last 2 weeks, for the next 4 weeks I will add t3.Last edited by dfarre; 02-07-2015 at 05:53 AM.

Oh yeah that's achievable then, it might not be as 6% as you're picturing but you can easily lose 4kg in 4 weeks.

I'm down 4.7 inches in waist size in 6 weeks, from 36.2 to 31.5.
I don't have a pic, but I have to make one, I haven't made any pics in months.
