1g protein per lb myth ?
The question is simple in title
is it a myth

THIS article which includes its sources & the researches in history that dispells the myth of 1g protein per lb
but none of the articles that says you should eat 1g/lb protein has a source
infact studies suggest 1 or 1.5g protein /kg
Can anybody bring out the truth or even this is a marketing gimmick by supp companies
