    Diet help please

    6ft 2 in 20 st trying to drop a bit of weight and tone up , taking 2ml TNT (tren 150 test 150 deca150 blend) per week split in two 1 ml injections plus 3 debol 30 mins before training, I'm a bit of a novice so please be nice

    Morning
    Black coffee , cardio

    Porridge and protein shake after

    Mid morning, peanut butter, banana( need help)

    Evening (rice chicken and vegetables

    Train protein shake

    "Down pat" is an expression, meaning you have a good diet in place without any issues

    In all honesty if that's your diet you have no business with AAS. At 280lbs I'm guessing you want to lose a lot of fat, can you post up a pic to see what we are dealing with?

    If you have a high body fat % then maybe you should loose the extra weight first to avoid negative side affects until you are in the area of 15% BF. keep carbs and cals low and do research on bodybuilding diets and experiment until you find what works for you because everyone is different and eating someone elses diet may not be as beneficial as customizing your diet to your specific needs.

    Also to many protein shake will constipate you so just use it as a supplement and not a source of protein.

    I understand but I'm not a "sloth" I maybe 280 lbs but I'm not obese I am fairly solid,
    I've run 2 courses before
    Tren and prim
    Sus and decca
    I was successful with these courses but I was younger and got away with just training and not taking diet to seriously.
    I couldn't give you a bmi because I honestly don't know but I'm 29 yrs old and going to run 2 ml of TNT per week and 3 or 4 debol 30 mins before training

    Are you taking anything to support your cycle, such as an anti estrogen, caber, nolvadex ? You have some advanced compounds that can get out of control if you are not careful.

    You seriously need to go to the diet section and put a plan together if you want to gain and keep any real muscle. At 280lbs you need to eat a lot of food to sustain that weight, I am low 270's and am having a hard time eating enough consistently. Seriously, get your diet in check so you are not wasting your cycle.
