How would i adjust this carb cycle diet to fit my description?

lets say 6'0" 210 lbs. 20% BF low activity (to be safe) Main goal: Fat loss

since i seen to have the bulk cooking routine down for these meals i'd like to keep the ingredients the same, but perhaps lessen the weights & measuremetns, or eliminate meals entirely if you would suggest this instead.

Okay i tried to clean up a representation of my carb cycling diet a little in the attached graphic before, so that i could ask you guys how i could best adjust my meals (and which ones?) for my (apparently slow) metabolism?

At 210 and 20%, I would have your maintenance cals around 2400. You may need a little more deficit. What kind of body type do you have?

    Endomorph/Ecto/Meso?

I glanced over it again and you could drop about 7 egg whites from the first set in meal one, that would take off 175 cals. Rest looks good for low carb day. You don't need 300g of protein a day.

As for your carb up day, why don't you save that until you really feel rundown and need the energy.

On your weekend meals, I would drop that meal 5 with the extra shake

is that why i feel so tired lol? no carbs?

i was already sleeping like a rock last night 5 minutes after staying up for that last meal. a week ago i was chugging Wal-Sleep Z just to get some shuteye.

I really want to trade carb up day for a thin crust papa johns pizza....

Thanks again, let me know if you have any more suggestions.

    It is probably the culprit.

Use the search tool on the forum, plenty of threads on carb cycling
