    welcome!

at your stats, i would have your maintenance cals around 2300 cals give or take. start with a diet around 2000 cals, that will give you a 300 cal deficit plus what cals you burn working out/doing cardio.

there are all types of macro splits you can do, 40%pro/40%carb/20%fats is a real popular one for example. no one macro split works best, you have to find what works for your body.

lay out a diet and we can critique, guide you.

Thanks for your response, I should've calculated the numbers and posted them on my own. Sorry about that. In regards to the macro split, it looks fine however how would the macro timing work? Or is it irrelevant, because I've been reading that it is lately lol

Don't worry about timing, do what works for you.

Carbs, Most like them pre and post workout

Post up your daily routine (eating that is) with macros and how you plan to attack it!

Dividing the carbs throughout the day was my main concern, i remembered reading everywhere that when cutting carbs are only to be consumed in the morning and pre/post workout. And now I'm reading information that conflicts with that, lol so I was just curious. I'm planning on just eating clean foods whenever I feel like so long as I'm satiated and my macros are being hit
