Macro Help

Alright everyone,

Please bear with me as I am just getting into fitness in a smarter way. Can someone please explain Macros to me / show me where to read up on it myself? I am a dumb Marine, so color pictures are a plus.

You can also go to iifym.com this is what I use. It will calculate your macros as well. Dont know about how others on here feel about this site but I've been tracking my macros using this site for about 8 months and have seen great results.
