    Is this decent for bulking

    39 years old 190lbs . Gear got me next to no gains . Strength went up for sure. Is this decent eating. Please help

    If you were eating this and no gains then obviously it wasnt enough, bump up cals. If this is new then, only trying it for 1-2 weeks can tell

    If you got fat, your calories were too high. But did you really weigh everything with a scale? Cause if you dont, then you ll be surprised how off your calculations will be

    Did you gain any size on cycle? Or was it just abdominal fat? That's really not making sense to me
