    fish oil macros

Do you count your fish oil macros? Is it worth calculating into your daily caloric intake

If you take he same amount every day, it won't really matter because it's a consistent variable.

Well, it's fat. 100%. Or should be. So 1g of fish oil = 1g of fat.

Of course, if you are taking only 1g per day then the amount is negligible.

If you eat the same amount of cake, every single day, then yes, you could neglect counting it and as long as you base your macronutrient adjustments on real world results.

Why are you a smart arse whenever you don't get the response you're looking for/expected to get? Try thinking logically about things and maybe you won't need to ask such simpleton questions.

Mate i dont really understand what your getting at. But if it has macronutrient values im going to put it towards my daylie caloric expenditure not simply be like i ****ing eat this every day so it has nil value

I think what your implying is that you dont bother counting staples because its a constant. U know its value and you only need to count the variables

Essentially yes, but fish oil is the only thing in my diet that's perfectly consistent.

You can count it, i'm just saying i don't and it's just a few extra clicks/a line of writing in your macros. Not really a big deal.

Also was not a stupid question... no such thing really. For example i know alot of body builders dont count their greens because of the fact they arent calorie dense unlike fats which are.

I totally agree with what the Monitor said, 1g a day is negligible, but what is actually happening here? Is the question regarding 1g of fish oil a day or is it based on all the fat coming from fish oil and not counting them in our macros?
