    lean bulk diet for 8 week tren a + test p cycle

    stats: 52, 6'2" 225lbs, bf~10% by pics

    just started my first tren cycle (test p @ 250 mg/week + tren a @ 350 mg/week, pinning eod) planned for 8 weeks and would like to gain 10 lbs of lean mass (if possible). target calories are 4000/day and i'm thinking of macros: 330 carb, 170 fat, 350 protein.

    the most i've ever weighed is 230 at ~13% bf - so this would be a new level for me.

    suggestions?

    What are your usual maintenance cals and macro's.

    good question. ~3300 cals at about the same ratio (maybe a bit lower in carbs, but not significant).

    i hover in the 225-230lb range at ~10-13% bf pending cardio.

    fwiw, i find it hard to hit 4000+/day at the macros stated with clean food - i'm always full and have a meal/snack every two hours. the last time i did it was recovering from a motorcycle crash and hit the carbs heavier (maybe 400g/day).

    Personally i go a bit different route with protein...instead of increasing my protein to high levels i add digestive enzymes to help utilize the protein more efficiently, i only eat about 25gm of protein per serving and 8 times per day at a weight of approx. 200+ lbs...i feel my results are the same as eating 300gm of protein...just a thought...
