Critique my cutting diet
I have 7 weeks left of my cycle which is :
Test prop 150mg eod
Mast prop 150mg eod
Anavar 80mg ed
Please critique my diet
I want to get as lean as possible before I start pct so here is my diet :
Meal 1; 2.5 scoops whey 75g oats
Meal 2 : post workout 2.5 scoops whey 2bananas
Meal 3 : 6 egg whites 2yolks omelette /veg or salad
Meal 4 : 125g chicken breast salad or veg
Meal 5 : 125g chicken Breast salad or veg
Meal 6 : 2 scoops casein 40g peanut butter
I am 6foot 200lbs
Macros pro : 275
Carbs : 150
Fat : 60
2400cals
I have been eating this for a month now
I am already Starting to look leaner I would guess around 12% - 13%
Would like to get to 10% or under in 7 weeks

To be honest mate it's pretty limited, no variation, too much powder, not enough starchy carbs around workout. Meals not worked out into macros.

So what do you suggest ?
Should I lower my protein and go back to 40/40/20 split and spread the carbs thought out the day or just bump them up pre and post workout ?
I could have the eggs with the oats in meal 1 and scrap the whey in thT meal and replace meal 3 with chicken and sweet potato ?

Ok and what about the macros .
I have been eating 40/40/20 which was 250/250/56 @ 2500 cals but have now reduced carbs to 150 and bumped pro 25 .

I'd go with 50/30/20 or 50/35/15
