Cheat meal time
What's the best while cutting
Cheat meal after intense leg workout VS The night before leg day

It's really not going to make a lot of difference just do not gorge yourself. I would do it after the leg train and be sure to keep it to just one meal

After leg day it will be rest day. Is it fine!

Ice cream sandwhich lol I eat them while cutting and loose weight and it really helps with the cravings

Depends when you train, if you train in the morning after only one meal or so then your cheat meal/refeed day should be the day before so you've had time to replenish your glycogen. If you train at night then you'll be fine having your cheat meal in the morning. Regardless you should give your body a good amount of time to fully restore glycogen stores.
Personally i like to have a refeed day on my rest day before my heaviest 2-3 workouts in the days following.

I prefer Saturday i have my pizza around 6pm and then will eat some crap while watching a movie with my wife, and thats my cheat meal for the week....

I always have moon face immediately after finishing cheat meal !
What's the reason for that ?
