I get pretty big differences between morning and night weight. I'd at least 4lbs to 7lbs

Since carb cycling it goes down about 1.5lbs per day then after my refeed up like 7lbs lol. It's very odd though. I'm gonna graph my weight over the past few months after I'm done cutting to see.

When I wake up I'll generally be 2-4lbs lighter than before bed
Unless I had a refeed. Then I'll be like 1-2lbs heavier and it'll stay like that for the whole day and next day i'll drop like 2-3lbs

I'm still trying to figure out why it matters on a daily basis?

These are things that don't matter to me. Might as well weigh yourself before and after every bowel movement to see what each turd weighs

Would you weigh your balls? Some guy wants to weigh his balls before, mid and post cycle. Lol

okay... but if daily is irrelevant then we must include weekly as irrelevant also.....

what good does it do to say "i gained 2 lbs from one monday to the next monday" (190 to 192) if: in between then, the weight fluctuated from 187 to 198?

    its all relevant

I just think some time is needed to see substantial changes in LBM and you'll drive yourself nuts on the scale everyday. It may be better to simply use a mirror to judge progress and use the scale a little less frequently.
