any vegetarians out there?!
Im trying to find a decent vegetarian grocery list and meal plan. Currently bulking up for a few months and am having trouble piecing together a plan with enough calories and protein. I still plan on keeping whey protein in my diet to help with the protein. any advice would be greatly appreciated

I haven't eatin meat in like 10 years.
keep in diet 3 protein shakes a day but DONT swap them for food, add to the diet.
I rec googling "calorie dense food" and picking stuff out that you like that are meat free.
I highly rec smoothies with :
whey protein 60-75g
oalmeal 25g
3 tbs almond butter and/or 3tbs olive oil
hand full frozen berries
1 banana
and blend er up with milk or water.
Add olive oil to EVERYTHING you can. soups , pastas, potatos, veggies, everything you can. its a healthy fat and adds easy calories.
grab a few veggie hot dogs or burgers and with that have plate full of veggies and drizzle olive oil on them or add a salad to it too... OMG... now i need to eat .... lol

also a simple almond and jam sandwich is a quick fix ; )
