Is Rotel okay?

Iv been eating a 10oz can of rotel per day with my steak, i think its mostly just tomatoes and spices, is this okay, or is it bad?

btw while were on steak.....how much steak should i eat, i have been swapping out my latest (PM) 8 oz chicken breast with lean tenderized beef for the past three days.

its been about 12-16 oz beef, thats too much isnt it? if so, how much is right?

Yeah that seems high. I recommend 8 oz for you.

mmm....i'd say, as i approach an upcomning meal, i meet them 50% of the time hungry, 50% of the time not.

fairly even..

Although, its nothing like i used to experience with stimulants: where it was almost painfully nauseating to get some food down....

so in that respect, i'd say im always somewhat hungry, sure
