Hello everyone, I am trying to get everything together for my very first cycle of Tren E and Test E. before I go into my diet here is a little background of mine to get everyone familiar.

Started working out about 2 years ago and began my journey at 295lbs. Currently I stand at the following...

24 years old
162 lbs.

now as far as for my diet. I have been reading the pinned posts on the forums and I have currently come up with the following

BMR=1838.54
Multiplied by 1.2 (Sedentary Lifestyle- desk job)

TDE= 2206.25

GOAL- Gain Muscle mass while dropping body fat %

with that being said I have decided to go on a Calorie Deficit of 300 Calories for 1 month then bumping up to 400-500

Calorie Daily Goal- 1906.25

I have decided to follow the 40/40/15 Guideline.

Protein-762 Cals (190.5g in 6 meals)
Carbs- 762 Cals (190.5g in 3 meals- mainly in the morning and Pre/Post workout)
Fats-330 Cals ( 36.6g in 6 meals)

Schedule-
5:00am Wake up

5:30-6:00am Meal 1 (31g protein,63g carbs, 6g fat)

8:30-9:30am Meal 2 (31g protein,6g Fat)

11:00-12:00pm Meal 3 (31g protein,6g Fat)

3:00pm- Meal 4 (Pre workout 31g protein,63g carbs,6g fat)

4:00-6:00pm Workout
-
6:00pm Meal 5 (31g protein,63g carbs,6g fat)

9:00pm Bedtime meal (31g protein,6g fat)


any suggestions,opinions, tweaks would greatly be appreciated.
