Whats a good salad dressing that i can use alot of?

currently using basalmic and basil kroger brand, its delicious to toss with some sliced chicken breast, spinach, and jalepenos, but,

im afraid i'm going to end up taking in too much fat (and sodium?) the way iv been flooding the bowl with it.

i really like the texture of using alot of dressing, vs using very little- where it taste dry.

is there a certain kind of dressing that i can use ALOT of with no worries, that would be great.

For me to get to lower bf, I have to minimize the flood. I am interested in what the folks have to say.

I'll use ff Italian(still little depending on sodium)... Also I've found that using humus is a great way to reduce sodium(and you can make it on your own(chic peas olive oil garlic?! Whatever spices certain sodium free seasonings) just in my experience but I go on kicks w/salads(eat em daily then I'll switch back to greens etc - salad is always good(w/out too much dressing)

1 egg yolk, 4tbsp coconut oil, 4 tbsp cider vinegar 1 tbsp stevia, salt and pepper to taste. A little goes a long way

French's has a honey mustard that only has 1 carb per serving. Serving is only 5 grams though. Still very good on a cut. Highly recommend it.

baseline had a nice homemade salad dressing. i will try to dig it up. thanks for bringing this up as i need to eat more salads and his dressing recipe is very tasty. i know it had green onions, soy sauce, fresh ginger, lil ketchup, olive oil, rice wine vinegar, and maybe a few other things. only carbs come from the ketchup and it is really not much. it is in the recipe section some where
