    Carb cycling?

What do you guys think of this?
3 Low carb days, 1 high carb day, then repeat.
Low carb day macros: 300g protein, 100g fat, >50g carbs
High Carb day macros: 200g protein, 400g carbs, >50g fat

Lol I'm 185 lbs @ 20-22% BF, not exactly my idea of big but okay. My TDEE is so high because of 90-120 mins of high incline cardio daily.

You are close to what I am and I do about an hour of cardio a day. I would be a real fat ass if I ate that much. I am cutting at around 1900 cals just to give you a thought

Yeah but that's insane... How many calories do you burn per hour with your preferred cardio? I can't imagine you burning any less than 5 or 600 calories, especially if we have the same stats...

All depends on what my legs let me do. I'm battling knots throughout my legs so haven't been able to put the effort I want to.

The journey's filled with ups and downs, I started at 270 lbs 40%+ BF less than two years ago, lol. Trust me, if you think I need a bag of popcorn you'll need a whole ****ing popcorn machine if you knew how many ups/downs I've put myself through lmfao. But I'll definitely check that thread out, it's always nice to see others successfully dieting down.
