    Hey Bina,

It looks well, fiber a lil low... You could always supplement fiber via(Metamucil, or any water soluble fiber will help you meet those requirements...

What else were you really looking to improve?

I am wanting to lose fat!! I feel like I do pretty well with nutrition but wanted some tips based on my usual diet. I try to get 35/35/30 split. I've tried to do lower carbs but it makes me turn into a bitch. Since I teach kindergarten and have 4 of my own kids it is a bad idea to be a bitch. Hahaha!

Yeah I'd say stick w/the carbs

I'd just lower your 500c at a time and if it's too much bump it up(200c) to -300... And see... Dense whole greens, avocados for fats toward night time, I see you drink a casein shk(as do I - one of my favorite tasting things all day lol). Try eating most of your carbs early on in breakfast since you train early(right)?, etc I think it looks good overall...

I'm sure others will chime in!!

What do you mean lower my 500c?

I bought my Metamucil to take and feel like I aged myself 50 years while buying it! I always related fiber supps to ancient people.

Also, the first meal is actually 1/2 of the banana and 1/2 scoop of protein prior workout and then the rest of the food after. I am trying different combos for the best morning workout energy

Personally I would increase your protein.

Thank you for checking out my meal plan. Would you up the protein and cut out some fat/carbs or also up the calories?

In response to the feedback I got I am trying this meal plan this week. I moved my salad to the evening and kept most carbs during the day when I need them most. I also upped my protein at each meal.

Yep I have 5:30am-ish workouts. I have been doing 1/2 shake and 1/8c of oats before hand. Seems to work somewhat. Friday I felt lethargic but it was the end of an overwhelming week.

Thank you for the input. I saw a nice drop this week on the scale and my not so accurate hand held BF estimator finally budged and said I lost 1% BF!!! I am more tired with less carbs but mostly only in the evening!
