Any protein powder made in a GMP certified facility that doesn't use nitrogen spiking ingredients is fine.
Try aim for pure whey straight after a workout and a micellar caesin based protein and hour before bed

not necessarily, casein protein takes several hours to digest hence why it is good to take before bed to keep the body in an anabolic state. whey is digested almost instantly and for this reason perfect for post workoutQuote:
