Since I don't know anyone of you personally I feel comfortable sharing this. I've never told anyone how much I've lost due to pure embarrassment! Weighed in this morning feeling super excited so I've decided to share. Last year I weighed in near 300lbs at 5'11. Today I weighed in at 201 lbs! Surprisingly not a lot of loose skin which is what I'm most happy about. But anyways, here's some pics!

Thanks fellas. Yes very hard to show before pics! Only have a few laying around. Can't believe I let myself get that big but very happy with where I'm at now. A few pounds more to go and I'll have reached my goal, then it's back to a nice steady VERY LEAN bulk

Well hope you have time to read all this! Typing on my phone so excuse any typos or sentences not making sense. Let's start of with a brief history. Always have been a big boy. Just a tad on the heavy side but never really fat. Middle school I got into power lifting and did exceptionally well. Set a state record for a 180lb squat lift at 11 years old. Played football and lifted through 11th grade in highschool. In 9th grade I managed being a full time pothead, played ball and lifted and a little school here and there. By 11th grade I was fat and full blown alchoholic druggy. Quit football and ended up getting in big trouble causing me to switch schools. I managed to graduate school and also graduated to deep depression and heavier drugs. I came from a really good family. Typical wealthy strict southern upbringing. So my parents just kept feeding me and babying me until I completely spiraled out of control and ended up in rehab. By this time I was around 22. I managed to move out of the house and get out on my own. Stopped all drugs a little over two years ago but my weight steadily increased. Very depressed with myself I came to a breaking point a little over a year ago. I started dieting out of nowhere. It wasn't planned. Bought all heathly stuff and stopped eating out. After a month of this I started the hippy ass Atkins diet with mild success. Caught the urge to lift again so I did research and found a great online trainer. Very popular on YouTube. Beast mode Jones. He taught me how to track macros and gave me a lifting routine. Lost a few more pounds with him and have continued on my own to this day. My motivation grows every day. I feel weird on an off day from the gym. I live, eat sleep gym. Countless hours of reading Marcus diary and other bodybuilders routines. I love it. Much more stuff I'm holding back but not quite comfortable sharing at this point but those things fuel my fire every day.

Haha thanks bro. Felt really good yesterday. At work we have seasonal workers that come internationally every year during the summer. They haven't seen me since last year. They had no clue it was me!
