    When you've met your macros, but still hungry, good no consequence filler foods

    Iv knocked down like 20 bags of pork skins over the last 2 weeks.

    What else is good to cure hunger after you've already taken in the max amount of carbs protein and fat etc that you need?

    Green beans are good. Just a few carbs.

    fats,
    i eat between 3 - 5 whole eggs each morning 3 mon-fri, 5 sat-sun. and I eat one steak meal every evening.

    i have a few buckets of cashews but i havent been eating them lately due to eggs and steak, and it seems like a very small handful adds up the fat quickly.

    Things like cauliflower, salads with onions and broccoli can help you out some...Even if you get BCAA for the sole purpose of stopping hunger that could benefit you..full bottle of water with some ice couple scoops BCAA and you'll have something in your stomach..Followed by black coffee with some broccoli and cauliflower..Mix it up..If you don't wanna go more than 50 cals over than maybe just brush your teeth and use mouthwash after..stops cravings for me alot of the time
