    "Naked" fruit juices

What is everyone's opinion on these? Seems like a decent way to get some vitamins in. Would the sugar be a problem? Even though its from fruit?

its gona have preservatives and unnatural ingredients in it also it has been pasteurized which is a process where it is heated really hot and that kills a lot of the vitamins and minerals that you want. I have a juicer and I make my own fruit juices and iv found its way more beneficial, cheaper and you can customize the juice for you specific needs

First of all Naked is made by the Pepsi company if I'm not mistaken. They recently got sued big time for falsely claiming non-gmo, organic, 100% natural etc... I would steer clear of drinking it.

Fruit juice is high in fructose and sometimes depending on processing no longer includes the valuable fiber you would otherwise get by eating the fruit.

For cutting diets, juicing encourages drinking more fruit then you would eat in a sitting. I can see throwing some fruit in with your protein shake but overall I steer clear of these high sugar drinks. But I am always cutting.

If your concern is vitamins, perhaps look at a good vitamin supplement.

Yeah thats what I was thinking... the stuff tastes awesome and is loaded with vitamins (depending on which ones you get) but I figured it was too good to be true. Maybe I will just use a multivitamin.

One glass is almost four oranges. I always think of it that way as it helps me put things into perspective. Let's say one would drink two glasses, would you eat 8 oranges if put in front of you?

It adds up quick when you look at it like that.

I don't believe anything in those is real honestly. There's as much sugar as like 2 candy bars in them.
