Thinking of Strawberries as eating sugar is somewhat off base. They will at least fall in the category of complex carbs.

i regularly eat 1lb every nite mixed in 300g cottage cheese while cutting. throw some stevia, almond milk and vanilla extract in the cottage cheese first and u really have a treat. :)
