Any suggestion on freeze dried food to eat when 4 day back packing or what to eat
Healthy food to carry in my back pack when back packing no way to chill ? Only carry a gallon of water and should I lean to more carbs as opposed to majority protein since 10 hrs a day of non stop calorie burning ? MRE's are not a FKN option ! !
Should I consider more fresh fruit ? ie. bananas, apples , oranges , nuts and berries ? Can haul frozen meat for 1st night and possible egg beaters for 1st breakfast of the trail and what to eat for meat ? ? ? ? Not a fan of dried jerky ? :7up:
Any experience welcome to advise me ?
